OPTIONS
The graphic above from INTERNET EXPLORER has opened a drop down menu.
When the word TOOLS was clicked on. One more click with the left mouse button on
INTERNET OPTIONS will produce the graphic below.
Internet options shows that the GENERAL tab is the one that is open. The first set of boxes allows us to make a choice. A PAGE that YOU want, The DEFAULT or open on a BLANK page. To use the web page you like. Go to that WEB PAGE, open this option and click on USE CURENT. The next box in the middle of the menu is devoted to how long do you want to keep the TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES. It is a good idea to delete these files to clean up your hard drive every now and again. CLEAR HISTORY is the next block. You have a choice of keeping your history files for as many days as you like. I have mine set at 1 day. I have the option of clearing all my history from time to time. At the bottom I have the following buttons
COLOR, FONTS, LANGUAGE, ACCESSABLILITY
(Suggestion: change only one thing at a time click on APPLY then on OK. If you like the change FINE. If you don't like it you only have one item to correct.)
