Blocking Spam

In Outlook Express E-Mail program under Tools
is a place to create Message Rules for E-mail.

A click with the LEFT mouse button on TOOLS, MESSAGE RULES and then on MAIL gave me the PROGRAM to BlOCK SPAM

Graphic aboveI can by going to the tab at the top work on MAIL RULES, NEW RULES and BLOCK SENDERS.

A click again with the LEFT mouse button in the BOXES will place a CHECK MARK in there. So I will have several OPTIONS that I can use to STOP SPAM a FINAL click on UNDERLINED words Contains specific words produced the menu shows below where I typed the words.

A click on ADD and OK sends the request to the BLOCKER PROGRAM Some of the words I have blocked are LOANS, RATES, SIZE, and DVD as shown the bottom of the graphic below.

A click on the BLOCK SENDER TAB produced the program below.

A click on ADD above gave me the program below where I will type an address,another click on OK and I will never receive a message from BROWN.

Using the MESSAGE RULE PROGRAM you can stop a lot of SPAM.

Blocking the Senders

This Don Duvall fellow keeps sending me mail, which I don't want so I am going to block all future messages from him. A click with the left mouse button on the word message and another click on BLOCK SENDER and I have all future mail from him blocked.

After blocking the sender I have a choice remove all e-mail that is in the folder?

I have decided that this Don fellow has some good qualities so I am going to receive mail from him after all.

Graphic above shows that a CLICK on TOOLS, MESSAGE RULES and BLOCK SENDERS LIST. This produced the menu shown below. A CLICK On the name to highlight it and a final CLICK on REMOVE. I an now again Receive mail from Don.
