ATTACHMENTS

E-mail is a great way to send files, programs, pictures, and sound clips.

Iam sending an attachment to a friend in this case it is a picture. As you can see on the graphic above. I have completed the address line, subject line and place text in the body of the E-Mail.

A CLICK ON ATTACH ICON. Which looks like a paper clip. Will open my explorer program so I can find the file to attach. The program opened to My Documents file as shown in the graphic below

A click on the down arrow point at the end of MY DOC line gave me the popup menu. Another Click on C Drive open that up so I could get at the files there. The file I want is in a folder called 123. A click on that file folder opens the folder.

File I want is ATT00030.gif. A click on Attach and the file is place in my E-mail

A click on send and the E-Mail and ATTACHMENT will be sent to duvall49
